POSTING REQUIREMENTS:
Each hiring notice should be, of course, fully proofed with your own specific details, including: your agency’s contact information, the actual job city or location, and
your deadline date (if any). New individual positions may be submitted weekly. After 60-90 days (unless otherwise requested), postings are removed.
If you have a third party emailing your agency’s postings, they MUST “cc” your agency’s contact person (as an indication to IHSA of your prior approval).
For timely postings, provide your EHS/HS job opening as a PDF file, or simply send the link to your own agency’s employment webpage.

FOR NON-MEMBER POSTING REQUESTS:
Forward your PDF file (as instructed above). Non-member postings ($50 each) have a 30-day expiration, including weekends and holidays.
Upon consent and payment, a link to your IHSA invoice will be emailed to you. Regular social posts are included bringing our facebook/twitter viewers to this IHSA jobs page.
