Join others to network and learn new strategies to ensure compliance with ERSEA regulations. Discuss with your peers best practice for implementing a program that truly meets the needs of your community. Major highlights for discussion include: coordination, planning, implementation and monitoring the ERSEA functions for your program. Explore how the selection criteria and recruitment practices impact enrollment and how best to approach your recruitment from a public relations perspective. The days of posting a flier are gone and new technology strategies are here to stay. This ERSEA network is designed to help staff learn which key rule, regulation, directive or practice is applicable. Discover with your colleagues how best to monitor, and evaluate the overall ERSEA process and systems.

**March 16th meeting is in conjunction with the IHSA Annual Conference. Transportation group will meet together from 8:30am—10:15am. They will then join the conference participants from 10:30am—Noon at the hotel for the Closing Keynote and Brunch. They will go back into their meeting from Noon – 3:00pm.
Time: 9:00am to 3:00pm (lunch provided)

Head Start and Early Head Start programs are increasing their use of technology whether it’s in the classroom , with families or storing agency records. Are you responsible for your data base, both hard copies and electronic files, within your agency? If so, come together with your colleagues from across the state and discuss your documentation and retention systems to enhance your own system.
